Belmont Heights
This project was a joint venture with a well respected agricultural family, the Silva's (no relation to the Woodman principals), who owned the property and sought to develop it. We provided our expertise to take the project through the permitting process, design a custom home product for the property, satisfy the inclusionary housing requirement, install the infrastructure and market the project. Woodman built two of the homes in addition to selling the lots. This community is one of the finest in the Salinas Valley.
