Mills Ranch
The Mills Ranch property, located at the north boundary of King City, is former agricultural land that had been farmed by the Mills family for years. After our successful collaboration with the Mills on Oak Tree Views, they asked us to partner with them on the master planning and development of this project. We envisioned and built Mills Ranch as a traditional neighborhood design (TND), meant to integrate seamlessly into the fabric of this historic small town.
