Pinnacles Estates
Phase IV of the Pinnacles Estates in Soledad was a joint venture with Dadasovich Properties, Inc., from whom we had purchased the original Pinnacles property. Much impressed by our work with completed Phases I-III, he wanted to partner up in the final phase rather than just sell the property to us. 23 fine homes were built as the result of our collaboration.
