We are working and planning today for the community of tomorrow. Since the approval process for a new community can take numerous years, we are working on several new projects concurrently. Some are approaching completion, but others will take years to come to fruition. We have to be proactive if we are to create new opportunities and housing for the next generation. This means investing significant time, resources and capital in planning for our future.
