East Garrison Village
We began working on a development plan for the County land at Fort Ord in 1997. With significant community support that work has evolved into a design for a mixed use village at the East Garrison, which would include a full spectrum of attached and detached housing types and prices, a retail and commercial town center, a live work district for local artists, community facilities, neighborhood parks, cultural centers for two native American groups and a regional youth camp.
