East Garrison Village
We began working on a development plan for the County land at Fort Ord in 1997. Responding to needs in the ocmmunity, that plan has evolved into an innovative design for a mixed-use village in an area of Fort Ord known as East Garrison. Our plan proposal includes a full spectrum of attached and detached housing types in various price categories; a retail and commercial town center; a live/work district for local artists; community facilities; neighborhood parks; cultural centers for two Native American groups, and a regional youth camp. The project enjoys great public support.
