The Commons at Rogge Road

Rogge Commons was initially inspired and conceived by Don Chapin as a way to provide affordable housing for our community’s essential workforce and especially his employees. For this reason the Rogge Commons is designed as a 100% affordable housing project, privately funded and without government subsidy. Rogge Commons is a higher density planned development with 123 small lot single family homes and 48 apartment homes. All 171 homes will be clustered together around neighborhood parks in immediate proximity to shopping, schools, churches and other infrastructure. All of the homes will be affordably priced at below market rates. Apartments will be available for very-low, low and moderate income families. Homes will be priced for families of moderate, workforce 1 and workforce 2 income levels.
