John K. Anderson is the President and CEO of Woodman Development, as well as a shareholder of the company. He has lived in Salinas for nearly 25 years and has been at the helm of Woodman for over 15 years. John has close to 30 years of experience as a licensed general contractor and subdivision developer and has been with Woodman for nearly that long.
