William A. Silva, son of the company's founders - William H. and Marilyn J. Silva - resides in Monterey County, where he grew up. He is a shareholder of the corporation, acting Treasurer and CFO. A Duke University alumnus, he holds degrees in Public Policy Studies, Comparative Area Studies and Spanish. William has nearly 15 years experience in construction and real estate development, and is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor.
